• Archiving Your Fingerprints for Public School Employment

     If you had a livescan fingerprint from Sagem Morpho after 02/21/2003 then you will only need to have your fingerprints archived.  The cost for the archive is $30.25 plus a convenience fee, payable online by credit card.  Payment is required at the time of the request. 

     
    You can archive your fingerprints by visiting the Criminal History Review Unit (CHRU) website. Click here to access the On-line Applicant Authorization and Certification page.
    Select the second option (Archive Application Request) to archive your fingerprints.  
     
    Please note: You will need your "PCN" number, which can be found on your original receipt.   
     
     
  • Attention: Substitutes and Bus Drivers
     
    Effective August 16, 2016, individuals in substitute positions and school bus drivers must file a transfer request to the CHRU. There will be a $5.00 fee and an additional $1.00 convenience fee.
     
    You can transfer your fingerprints by visiting the Criminal History Review Unit (CHRU) website. Click here to access the On-line Applicant Authorization and Certification page. Select the third option (Transfer Request) to transfer your fingerprints.
