Business Administrator and Board Secretary

  • Welcome to the Business Office of the Berlin Borough School District. 

     

    Mrs. Donna DiLapo is the Business Administrator and Board Secretary of the Berlin Borough School District.  

    Mrs. DiLapo's responsibilities include:

    • Assist in the planning and preparation of the annual budget.

    • Purchase all materials and supplies in accordance with law and School Board policies.

    • Handle business aspects of contracted transportation services.

    • Supervise the administration of the employee benefits programs.

    • Supervise maintenance and the operation of facilities.

    • Operate the district's insurance program.

    • Supervise Technology coordinator and District Technology needs.

    • Strategic Planning

     

    Mrs. Donna DiLapo is the School Business Administrator and Board Secretary for the Berlin Borough School District.  She graduated from Rutgers University with a M.A. in Accounting,  and holds a QPA certification.  Her career began in the business office of Mercer County Technical Schools.  She then moved to Mount Holly Township School District where she completed her degree, obtained her SBA Certification, and served as the Assistant to the Business Administrator.
